Only the legal/custodial parent or legal guardian may apply for their child/children. Proof of residency & eligibility are required, included but not limited to a current utility bill. Deadline for requests is DECEMBER 1st, NO EXCEPTIONS. Holiday Toy Request Form       If you have any toys you wish to donate, you can bring them to any of our drop box locations.
