Holiday Toy Request Form
(Note to referring organizations. Due to the abundant need
this season we ask that you refer individuals to our request
form page directly. Once we verify the individuals, we will
make arrangements for pick-up with your organization. All
individuals requesting help with toys for this year will have to provide
proof of Atlantic County Residency, including but not
limited to a copy of utility bill.
Only the legal/custodial parent or legal guardian may
apply for their child/children (newborn to 12).
Deadline for requests is DECEMBER 1st,
NO EXCEPTIONS!)
